The Tamiya 1/24 Nissan Leopard Hardtop 280X SF-L plastic model assembly kit, part number HC-24378, recreates one of Japan’s pioneering personal luxury cars. Released in September 1980, the Nissan Leopard 280X SF-L was the highest-grade model in the range, combining distinctive two-door hardtop styling with a luxurious, technology-focused interior. This scale kit captures the car’s angular aerodynamic bodywork and includes detailed representations of the passenger compartment and chassis underside.

Features

The functional sunroof can be displayed either open or closed, including after assembly, giving modellers flexibility when presenting the finished vehicle. Metal-plated wheels are paired with realistic synthetic rubber tyres, while updated decals provide revised logos for the body. New metal transfers are also supplied for the rear-view and wing mirrors, adding fine exterior detail. A seated driver figure is included to bring the interior to life. The full-size car was powered by an inline-six L28E engine producing 145 hp and featured luxury equipment such as leather seats, a six-function onboard drive computer, cruise control and automated climate control.
